The change was really quick. I didn’t have to step out of my vehicle at all for the oil change. The they checked my air filters wipers and where direct about how long until I needed to change my coolant, and my next oil change. They had great customer service and were able to work with my budget.
I like that it’s easy in and easy out I have been to take 5 several times for an oil change on my 2 cars and usually I am in and out in less Than 30 minutes. But I went a couple days a go and I was there for over an hours and I wasn’t in a line I was parked in the bay where you park to get your oil changed. I like the service at Take 5 and I will continue to go there all I am saying is it usually took around 15 to 20 minutes on my other visit and for some reason it took well over an hours on my last visit. The time it took really isn’t a problems for me but it might be for other customers. But like I said I like there service and the fact that they have several locations and I will continue to go there for my oil changes and I will recommend them to friends and family.
Employee Robert was very polite and explained to me about what was being done to my vehicle and provided me with information on to when to best change an item in my vehicle. I always like coming to this location for the fast and convenient service they provide. However, I did not appreciate the way the manager Ryan was speaking to the employee who was asking him questions. Very sarcastic and not a professional way of treating an employee in front of a customer. Specially when we can hear the comments. It seemed to me he was trying to embarrass the employee. That was not necessary. It didn’t seem to me a manager trying to build on a employee.
