I recently brought my 2008 Mazda Tribute into Jiffy Lube in Paris, TX, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Joshua Nelson went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. His attention to detail, professionalism, and mechanical knowledge were obvious from the moment he started working on my vehicle. He took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in great hands. Joshua is the kind of employee every business hopes to have. His work ethic, positive attitude, and dedication to customer service deserve recognition. In my opinion, he absolutely deserves a raise—or at the very least, a well-earned appreciation shout-out for everything he does. I also want to recognize Mike for being incredibly friendly and welcoming. Between Joshua and Mike, they do an outstanding job maintaining the store and making every customer feel appreciated and valued. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the quality of service they provide. If you’re looking for honest, knowledgeable, and friendly service, I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube. I’ll definitely be coming back!
If you want to feel like royalty, go when Colton is there. They topped off all of my fluids and did the oil change, tire pressure, power steering, air filter and even pulled off a loose part for me and offered to put a new one on if I got the part. I never even had to leave my car! All of that was under $100 too which I would gladly pay again just for the convenience of not having to do my own car maintenance. Thank y’all!
We stopped to get an oil change, we got helped by JJ and Cameron and they were so nice and knowledgeable. We got out in under 20 minutes! Would recommend! It’s our first time driving through Paris and these two showed us how kind the locals are!
