I got my Car Inspected this week at Take 5 Oil Change 11401 West Broadway in Pearland I was the first customer of the day. They opened at 7 AM sharp. The Car Inspection took exact 10 minutes. Having received Excellent Customer Service, it is a definite 5 Stars from me for Take 5. Great Team Work. I have been going to Take 5 the past 6 years, for Oil Change and Car Inspection. I certainty will be back for more. Thank you
First guy who approached me was in need of water badly. Take 5 needs to issue out caps and keep the workers hydrated. He offered me water but I thought he needed it more. He even leaned on my car due to exhaustion to the heat. I came in for an oil change. 3 cars in front of me and it was about 45 mins wait which is roughly about 15 per customer. The guy asking me for additional service was very helpful and mindful of the things I might need but I just simply couldn't afford it. Besides me feeling bad for everyone in the heat, it was a very decent Take 5 oil place.
I came in from out of town to visit family and needed an oil change on the way out. Jamison and the crew did an EXCELLENT job. I definitely recommend everyone to give them a chance. You'll literally never have to get out of the car to be served respectfully. My new oil change spot in Houston!
