Both technicians were very positive and knowledgeable as well as patient with all my questions. I am recently widowed and never had to deal with vehicle maintenance. They took the time to listen and then explain the process and best options for my vehicle.
This was the first time at this location, and I instantly felt good vibes. They saw me driving in, and instantly walked out to me with a bottle of water. (Granted it was also almost 90 degrees and Disney, still extremely nice to do). I was asked was services I needed and they had me wait behind a van already pulled into the bay. They guided me in with crystal clear communication on how much I needed to pull up, and communicated with the other employees. They pulled up my account, very nice and I can’t stress enough that they were very communicative. While one was working on the oil change INSTANTLY; the other was explaining the different types of oil, prices and mileage differences too. Didn’t try to force me into a purchase I did not agree with, and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable with the $82.99 oil I ended up choosing. They both worked on the car for the next 7-8 minutes. Super quick, showed me the air filter and had mentioned it was in good condition, so could wait for another oil change or two before replacing. Once done, showed me the oil level and sent me on my way. Very pleased with this location, and will for sure be coming back for any future oil changes. Thank you again for the pleasant experience!
As always they were fast and efficient as well as polite & helpful. There were only two ppl working and empty stalls, the person in charge was training the other person. And he showed me how to reset my cars oil change reminder. Which was a first since, I had bought the car and reached the mileage point of not qualifying for free changes with the dealer.
