Although I live in Crestview, I was in Pensacola for an appointment and decided to go ahead and get my oil changed while there. I had great service. My service technician was extremely helpful and professional. My car basically has a much needed mini makeover after moving here from Clovis. New air filters and windshield wipers. I wish I wasn’t terrible with names so I could give the technicians name. On the service slip it has Donnie and Shedrick. I’m pretty sure it was Shedrick I was working with. I hope the company knows what an asset he is to their business.
Everything was smoothly. The young man that took care of me was awesome. I mean he really went to full nine to make sure I had a good experience and make sure I have good service and Making sure I was comfortable with the pricing he just was the ultimate representative for take five and I’m sorry I can’t remember his name. Hopefully it’s somewhere in the computer somewhere for service on March 8. My car is running so smooth. And the air conditioner pills the air filter is more fresh since the new filter. Awesome experience
Not my first time here. They're always friendly and offer very fast services. I didn't honk as I was leaving today cause it feels rude honking; that didn't mean the service wasn't great. Thank you Jon, Tyson, and another man I didn't catch his name (the one that knows Honda more than Tyson). Will definitely be back next time if I'm still in town.
