Greeted with an ice cold water in 80 degree weather was awesome and very well needed. Im a delivery driver and My vehicle was smoking and making a beeping sound and my engine light came on. Once I explained that to the worker He immediately knew the problem and resolved it .. Now my vehicle is no longer smoking or beeping uncontrollably and my engine light went off. Im very satisfied and will definitely be back and recommend take 5 to everyone i kno. I wish I had enough money to tip them both.. Great service.
I went for an oil change. I have a new car and did not actually need one yet. The staff was actually honest and instead of taking my money helped me figure out when I would likely need it (old ones used to be 3k miles not any more haha). They were friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything. The wait was minimal even though there were 4-5 cars there, staff kept the rotation moving along well. Coupons were the best I've seen in a while. Will definitely come back!
