Had to wait about 30 mins in queue but used the time to do some study in car in a/c so didn't mind. Liked how I could see what they did and ask questions. Went for oil change but asked to tell what else needs changing. Carfax report said coolant was never changed before and their objective test showed coolant was more like water so got that done too. Showed wiper issue, he put shorter wipe blades that didn't streak and stopped stiking the end of car. Being able to see everything was helpful and it was quick once it started and exit is pretty quick since you are already sitting in the car.
I had a great experience with Edgar and the entire team. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, welcoming, and clearly focused on taking care of me . Edgar took the time to explain what was being done, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. The whole oil change process was smooth and organized. The team worked well together, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. I really appreciated the honesty, transparency, and how quickly they got me back on the road without cutting corners. It’s not always easy to find an auto service place you feel comfortable recommending, but Edgar and his team absolutely earned it. Thank you for the excellent service.
