I have to say this is the first time that I’ve ever been to Take 5 to have my oil changed, but I have to say from the get-go Brandon, the assistant manager in his whole team. That’s such a wonderful job. From while I was waiting in line to see if I would like a bottle of water tub, being very thorough and transparent about everything they were doing suggestions they made a filters that I probably needed to change that haven’t been done in a while and just the whole experience was really great. I definitely would go back again.
I’ve always trusted this location for my oil changes, but this visit stood out thanks to the new management. The manager was professional, organized, and incredibly kind, ensuring everything ran smoothly while keeping the team focused and efficient. The level of customer service was outstanding, and I truly hope he stays for a long time. Great experience all around!
