Customer service I don’t think it can get better than this. One of the best experiences I’d say in business in general these employees can work anywhere and they satisfy any customer. Thank you so much.
They we’re training a new gentleman as I was probably his fifth customer that he did and he did a fantastic job as did everyone there I was out in less than 15 minutes and even I learned a lot from what he was teaching. I learned you can come in and get up to 2 quarts of oil after 3000 miles as a courtesy before the 4500 mile oil change is due to also free tire checks and fluids very impressed. Full Serviced oil changed for $76. I would’ve paid $25 more but I had a coupon. See you next time. Thanks for the great experience sincerely, John Griffith.
This was a very positive experience. The customer service was outstanding! All of my interactions with associates were professional, courteous and respectful. I felt my business was valued. I also appreciate the honoring of veterans with a discount. I was greeted politely and given a cold bottle of water on this very hot and humid day. Tony, the Assistant Manager, personally came over and introduced himself to ensure everything was going well. All of the gentlemen are to be commended. I highly recommend this business to others.
