Fantastic place to come get your oil change on S Virginia! My husband and I love coming here, this is the only place we come for maintenance on our car. They offer water bottles, check tires, oils, coolant and are great at explaining issues they find. Great price for great service. Make sure to honk on your way out! Jon, Xavier, and Justin were great to us, couldn’t recommend them more!
They are always fast and efficient. Always welcoming with a cold water for me which is so appreciated thank you for how well you take care of your customers. This was my second time with you guys. The first one we did a whole flush of the antifreeze fluid line and filters and this time I only wanted the oil change for now and I just like to point that out, that they don’t try to pressure you to purchase more than what you came for but keep you well informed of what to consider on the next round so your vehicle runs sound and at its best! Thank you for your service.
I do all my own oil changes, time was not permitting me to do it this time. The people at Take 5 were friendly and amazing. I wish I could remember their names but I can’t. I called before to get a quote on my Tiguan headed down and was out of there in about 30-40 min and never left my car. They checked everything necessary, they were honest about my filters and any other issues. Between the speed, the people and the ease of the task I am honestly thinking about not changing my own oil anymore. Thank you everyone at take 5. I appreciate the service you provided.
