⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change! Yesterday, I brought my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe in for an oil and oil filter change. During the service, the team discovered that the oil filter cap had been overtightened by the dealership during the previous oil change. It was so tight that it could not be removed without special dealer tools. What impressed me most was the professionalism and honesty of the staff. Instead of creating additional costs for me, they replaced the entire oil filter cap and completed the service without charging me anything extra. That level of customer care and integrity is rare these days. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping the customer. Their willingness to go above and beyond turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a great experience. Thank you to the entire Take 5 Oil Change team for your outstanding service. All options and pricing was explained clearly. We ordered a lot so it took about 10 minutes to complete. We stayed in our car during the service and they offered us bottles of water both at the beginning and end of the service. Great oil change operation!
