I had an excellent experience at Take 5. I’d never been there before. They were friendly, efficient and explained everything they were doing. Best of all, I did not feel like they were just trying to sell me something because I’m a woman. That’s happened to me before and I’ve shied away from having stuff done to my car for that very reason. I’m not very knowledgeable about cars and so I trust what the person in charge is telling me. That’s gotten me in trouble in the past. But not at Take 5! They were fantastic! Never even had to get out of my car. Their customer service was on point too. I was offered a cold bottle of water as soon as I arrived. I will definitely be back to Take 5 again, for any of my minor vehicle needs and concerns! Thank you guys for making me feel at ease and for taking such great care of my car!
Mike and Coy, gave outstanding service and honesty. I brought my vehicle in because I thought it needed an oil change, but after checking everything, the team explained that the oil was still in good condition and that the service light had simply come on because the service interval needed to be reset. Instead of selling me an oil change I didn’t need, they took the time to explain the situation and helped reset the indicator. It’s refreshing to find a business that puts honesty and customer service ahead of making a quick sale. I really appreciate their integrity and professionalism, and I’ll definitely return for future maintenance. Highly recommend!
Single mom here with a daughter who’s driving also. I would leave 20 stars if I could. They were absolutely wonderful. Welcoming, very polite, gracious, quick, efficient, thorough, explained every little detail to me and took their time answering all of my questions in detail. Did I mention AFFORDABLE???! I do not believe we will be going anywhere else now!!! Thank you Take5!
