We had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Salem VA! As soon as we pulled up, they came right over to us and even brought us two bottles of water, which was a nice touch. They asked us to pull forward and let us know they’d be right with us after finishing up with another customer. When it was our turn, they were very professional and polite. We asked for an oil change and wiper replacement, and they handled everything quickly and efficiently. The customer service was top tier from start to finish. At the end, they checked to see if we had any questions, coupons, or military discounts. When I showed my ID, they thanked me for my service with a smile, which I truly appreciated. It’s really refreshing to experience such great customer service these days. We will definitely be back! Take 5 should be proud to have employees like them. I just wish I caught their names so I could give them a proper shoutout—just know it was a young man and a young woman ( I think the woman said she was a supervisor) who did an amazing job. Great work! ??
