Great service! The men did a great job. I went in for an oil change…they got that done in no time, cleaned my windshield, put air in my tires, and gave me some free water bottles w a great attitude. 10/10
KIND, PATIENT, AND WILLING! Three simple words to describe EUGENE and NICK during our emergency need for an oil change. Not only were their services quick, but their character showed good intent and the desire to put the customer at ease. During this cold night in San Antonio, my sister and I were offered friendly conversation and reassurance we were able to stay warm. Even when our situation became MORE dramatic than expected, Eugene and Nick were more than willing to attempt to resolve our problem at the expense of their own time and energy. I truly want to thank these respectful men for doing all they can to help us in our emergency and ensuring to provide the BEST pricing possible for a well past needed oil change. Both men also ensured to check our tire pressure and top any fluids that were needed. THESE DETAILS are exactly why I went to take 5 for my oil change and exactly why I recommended my sister go as well. This will be my desired location when it comes to getting my oil changed! Take 5, at least this Rigsby location is incredible. They've done our inspections and I just got an oil change and not only did they check the oil, but also checked my coolant and radiator and made sure fluids were all set. I had Juan as my mechanic/technician and he was extremely professional, kind, and honest. I was thoroughly impressed! The whole team even said goodbye as I was driving away and they honestly have the best customer service I have ever experienced!
