Great customer service from all the employees at this 5 Gallon Oil change facility!!! Went in to check all my fluids and the tire pressure of my tires!!! They topped off all my fluids and brought all my tires up to the correct tire pressure!!! The Store manager made friendly suggestion on what fluids needed servicing according to the current mileage on my 2008 Ford Escape!!! Couldn't be happier with the quality of service that i was given!!! Great job to everyone at this 5 Gallon Oil change facility!!! ???
I went in for an oil change and they were honest and said I didn't need one yet. Then they offered me other services which I took advantage of new wiper blades. They were out of the ones I wanted but matched the price with better quality ones. They are definitely professional and honest.
The staff was very helpful, friendly, and attentive to my needs. Caleb and Edward help me out with my oil change and even noticed I needed new windshield wipers and helped me get those purchased and replaced them for me as well. They were very nice and even entertaining while I was getting the oil changed and it seemed like they got it done in 5 minutes. I always go to Take 5 because of the convenience of being in my neighborhood but will continue to go because of the great service they provide.
