(sam and jay) Oh my God talk about a great service. These guys were on point in every direction. They checked every possible need I might have and they were so kind and pleasant and talking to and they made you feel very comfortable. I want to give us extra shot out to Alex — Not once have I been to a five and they offered to check my tires for me. He went above and beyond. He deserves a raise or some type of compensation from the company be good to your employees.
Sam, Isiah, and Alex were all helpful today in my visit to take 5. I usually go to a different location but this one right off the bat was different. They have a real sense of care for their customers and their vehicles. The prices are the prices people we just gotta pay them, they were so nice about one of my expired discounts that theh applied a new one for me and saved me 40 bucks. Also have me great information about my car that I had no clue about, thanks to them I can get it fixed. Great guys and made my day. Will be coming back for sure!
I stopped by Take 5 after the bolts holding the front plastic splash shield on my car came off while driving through a flooded area. Since it was Sunday, no mechanics were open, and I was hoping someone could help. Deonte and Zay were incredibly kind from the moment I pulled in. They even offered us water right away. They didn’t have the correct bolts for my car, but they quickly came up with a temporary fix that got me safely back on the road in under five minutes. Excellent customer service, genuinely great people, and they went out of their way to help when they didn’t have to. I highly recommend this location!
