From the moment I arrived I was immediately greeted with a bottle of water. Every employee I interacted with was very polite. Each one asked if I needed more water. I waited about 10 minutes before the work started as two other cars were being finished up. 15 minutes later, the oil change was done and all fluids were topped off. The employee was great at explaining the different options and recommendations. I was not pressured into something unnecessary. I will definitely return.
Soon as I turned into the lot I was greeted with a huge smile and water by Mateo. I was able to pull into the bay right away and the wait was not long at all. Mateo was very helpful and knowledgeable of the questions I had and Teddy was prompt with service and answered even more questions I had. Both Mateo and Teddy were awesome and I'm absolutely pleased with the customer service and servicing of my vehicle. This is the best location I've been to and I will be back.

The staff saw me quickly even though I was a random drive up customer.. Got my vehicle all replenished with fluid top offs and some air in my tires. Again I was offered water to go? They have such great customer service and I’m glad I changed to take5 services.
