Great service provided. Personable attendants and have a great sense of humor. I took my son’s muscle car in for oil change the one I bought for him when he graduated from school and the attendant thought it was a cool car. When he finished he said “you’re good to go and I’ll be sending adoption papers to your home”. Funny. I also got a good discount because I wore spurs t shirt and didn’t realize that they are a Spurs partner. How cool is that.
Darian and his team did a great job taking care of my Subaru! Not just once, but twice have I gotten great service and transparency from Darian and his team. They made sure my car had everything she needed and was up to date with her services. Too many times I’ve been ripped off or scammed by other places fixing the wrong thing or giving me the wrong service. The team at this Take 5 knows what they’re doing and is the reason I keep coming back and recommending them to friends and family ?
Took a little longer than expected but both bays were full when I arrived. Did a great job on my oil change. Had notes pulled up on what they did the last time I was there which was nice. The oil change was pricey but was with in what other places are charging. Very nice and friendly staff. I would recommend this location on Fredericksburg Road to everyone.
