I had a great experience at the Valvoline Oil Change on Babcock and Huebner. Robert and the entire crew were wonderful—very attentive, detail-oriented, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. They made sure everything was explained clearly and handled with care. What really stood out was how efficient and quick the service was. It was truly an in-and-out oil change without feeling rushed or overlooked. The team worked smoothly together and kept things professional from start to finish. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for fast, reliable, and friendly service!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Valvoline! They were incredibly friendly, professional, and transparent throughout the entire oil change. One thing that really stood out was how they showed me the condition of my oil and explained what they were doing every step of the way. It was really impressive to actually see the process instead of just being told everything was done. Even though they had a long line and were extremely busy, the wait moved quickly. Once it was my turn, they had me in and out in about 15 minutes without making me feel rushed. Their efficiency, honesty, and great customer service definitely earned my trust. If you’re looking for a fast, transparent, and reliable place to get an oil change, I highly recommend Valvoline. Five stars all the way!
Nina Mia and Robert were courteous and professional. The service was quick, straightforward and I was shown the parts on my vehicle that needed replacing. I know Harlan contributed to the work effort as well. I think all three are a credit to Valvoline Instant Oil Change. I’ll be back for our next oil change!
