Had an awesome experience!! Chris, Demetria, and I believe Dylan the manager were sooo helpful and very professional. They even gave me a cold water then offered my daughter popsicle before we left. Chris checked my coolant immediately bc I said the color looked odd, he then SHOWED me what the deal was! They were super quick and meticulous!! I definitely refer them! I went to the one on Gause Blvd towards Gause West. Also don’t call the call center to find out prices because they lied about the prices! Just an FYI! ?
This was my very first time visiting a Take 5 Oil Change location. I arrived just a few minutes after opening [on a Sunday morning]. I was greeted with a friendly smile, a warm welcome, and a cold bottle of water. I was thoroughly impressed. Both technicians were professional and courteous. They were quick and proficient. I enjoyed my experience. I will definitely return in the near future, and I encourage others to have their vehicles serviced at the Take 5 on Gause Blvd. in Slidell, La, too.
Took care of an oil leak that a take 5 in Alabama was responsible for. They didn’t have to do this but they did. I showed up at 7:20 bc I work long hours and even though they closed at 8 with 100 degree weather they treated me with upmost respect and dignity. The manager was professional and courteous. The technician Paris was very polite and also very professional. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you guys, y'all saved my truck. They did this free of charge not only that but they also topped everything off. Have never been treated like this ever at any place let alone at an oil change stop. Thank you again guys.
