I have to say this is the best experience I have had with take five when I drove up I was greeted with if I wanted a bottle of cold water. That was a plus and the Employees were so very kind and asking before opening the door before coming in to check my cabin filter. They talk to each other when something was done and whatever bay it was. They were very professional. I was very well pleased with the service. I’ve never had anything close to that all the time I’ve been going there. This was by far the best crew. Please keep them cause they are excellent.
My wait wasn’t long. I was offered a bottle of water. I also felt like they didn’t make up reasons for me to spend more money like many places do. I was told what filters and other potential parts didn’t need to be replaced. He used my carfax history to help me make decisions. I don’t ever remember anyone else pulling up my carfax history. He communicated everything he was doing with me. I was also appreciated by the staff with a unison cheer after showing my military ID and given 25% off. It was a pleasant experience.

The staff was very friendly, very professional, and thorough. I was only going to get my fluids topped off but when I pulled up & was given a bottle of cold water during my wait, my mind was slowly being changed. Then when I noticed how efficient they were taking care of everybody else, I decided to get a full oil change of which I needed anyway. I’ve never had service so thorough, they checked everything and corresponded with me the whole time on my vehicle. I felt sooooo much better about my car by the time I pulled off. Thank you guys for your superior customer service, I truly appreciate you guys.
