The guys are so very polite. They offer items in a way that I feel no pressure to purchase. It is more of FYI. It’s actually very helpful. MY air filter was disgusting. Other services I declined No pressure ! They are SO efficient Mi am moving to Radford VA. Please have one there! Their service set up is unique
Excellent service at Take 5 on Highway 78 in Snellville. This was my first oil change with them, and the team took great care of both me and my vehicle. I appreciated being able to stay in my car while they worked — they explained each step, showed me what they were checking, and made the whole process easy. They were thorough and attentive, checking several key maintenance points to make sure everything was operating properly. Their communication was clear, respectful, and efficient, and they completed the service quickly without rushing. A very positive experience overall. I’ll definitely return for future maintenance.
We wanted a oil change for work van and decided to give Take 5 a opportunity since they have great reviews and a friend recommended this location. Great Customer Service. Our Technicians did a great job. We had Andre and IRIQ help us today. We got oil change, fluids topped off, Tires checked, air filter changed. I wish they could of checked my transmission fluid for me but they making new vehicles with no dipstick for easy check these days. Good To Go Now, See Yall Next Service.
