Love this 4th street location! The team there is efficient, friendly, and professional. They have a good process and pay attention to the details – checking tire pressure, wiping away fingerprints, showing the oil level, and cleaning the windshield before you leave. As a woman, anything car-related can sometimes feel a little intimidating, but I always feel comfortable and respected here. The service is consistently quick and thorough, which is one of the reasons why I keep coming back. This is my go-to place for oil changes, and I highly recommend them.
In my experience, as a woman getting any kind of auto repair can be nerve wracking. I'm not exactly shall I say car-savy. I just took my car in to this location for an oil change and was so impressed with the team of absolute gentlemen that helped me. I didn't have to leave my car. They were very professional and knowledgeable, explained each step of the process. They went through a list of items to check. Absolutely put my mind at ease that I would get quality service. And they didn't try to get my to do a bunch of extra stuff that wasn't needed. I wanted an oil change and that's exactly what I got. In 10-15 min. My car already feels like it's running better and the check-engine light is gone. I would definitely go back and would recommend it to others. Thanks fellas!
Best Take 5 experience I’ve had by far. I’ve been there probably 10 times, and the crew yesterday afternoon was great. Everyone was friendly, fast, professional, and explained everything clearly without being pushy. They were upfront about pricing, offered additional services, topped off all my fluids for free. Even offered water while I waited. Easily the smoothest oil change experience I’ve had. They even reminded me that repeat customers have coupons in their email which I was able to use to get 25% off. Definitely appreciate the team working yesterday afternoon. 4th St North is the best location by far!!!!
