I had an extremely positive experience at Take 5 from start to finish. Mya, Red, Treco, and Kain all took wonderful care of me during my oil change. From the moment I pulled up, I was greeted warmly and even offered cold ice water, which was such a thoughtful touch. The service was efficient, professional, and friendly throughout. Each team member communicated clearly and worked seamlessly together, making the entire process easy and stress-free. As I was leaving, they even asked if I’d like another water — that level of attentiveness really stood out. Exceptional customer service all around. I truly appreciate the care and hospitality and will absolutely be back!
Exceptional service! Jordan greeted me with a cold bottle of water immediately upon arrival. Once I pulled into the bay I shut my engine off to minimize the heat in the garage, it’s Florida & it’s HOT! Treco came over & told me to start the engine & AC back up because he wanted me to stay cool while I waited. He advised me of what I needed and didn’t. Oil change was super fast! Both guys were very professional. I really hope they get nice Christmas bonuses!
Great Take 5 business! They always bring you a complimentary bottle of water when you pull up and greet you warmly. Their service is fantastic and every member of staff is courteous, cheerful and professional. I highly recommend going here for most of your car’s basic needs. 10 out of 10!!
