Melvin took the time to explain what each of my filters does and why they needed to be replaced. They had multiple options to help me feel like I had choices to fit within my budget and didn’t feel pressured or “salesy”. Josh the manager checked in before I was finished to make sure everything was taken care of properly. Was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Definitely will return for my future oil changes!!
Another good experience at Take 5. Took a little time waiting in line just because they were busy at the time I went. They gave me a cold bottle of water for me and my dogs while we waited. Once I pulled my car into the stall, one of the employees, named Connor at the Strongsville location, was great and gave me my options and never tried to force anything. Price is probably a bit high for those of you who work on your own cars. But, it is very convenient and they’re pretty efficient. I will visit them again.
The Manager Josh goes above and beyond everytime I stop in. I own a Bronco Badlands. I have been cautious of certain “quick stop” shops, but his service is next level. He always educates me on exactly what he observes, what needs to be done now, and what to plan for in the near future. Never pushes for service that is not needed. I always pick his brain about general maintenance since I have little to no vehicle knowledge and he is happy to help! He manages his team of employees well - supervising and supporting them to ensure the job is done properly. THANK YOU JOSH for being the anomaly in an industry that takes advantage
