I had a great experience here. It was my first time getting my oil changed, and going onto their website and signing up for messages, i got a $25 coupon for the place. While I was there all the workers helped me make sure I knew what was happening and asked me about if I needed anything else. They were very helpful and I will definitely be going back again.
I had such an amazing experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Suisun City! From the moment I pulled in, the customer service was absolutely A1. The staff was kind, informative, professional, and honestly just fun to be around. They explained everything clearly without making me feel pressured, and they got me in and out in about 15 minutes once it was my turn. Even the wait was only around 30 minutes, which was completely worth it for the level of service I received. You can really tell this team cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do. Since they’re newer to this location, I just want to say they are doing an incredible job. This was my first time there, and I’ll definitely be back. I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change in Suisun City to anyone looking for fast, friendly, and stress-free service!
Great experience with exceptional employees. This is probably the best experience I’ve ever had in getting my oil changed. First they told me it was gonna be a 40 minute wait before they got to me. They got to me in 15 minutes proceeded to do a thorough job. To top it off this crew was very entertaining yet focus on what they were doing and their main concern seemed like it was customer satisfaction. They got that for sure today. Thanks again guys.
