Orlando was absolutely spectacular helping me last minute with my state inspection. I’d driven to three other locations, one closed, another was unable to issue inspections for some reason, Valvoline the inspector had gone home already and this location was my last choice before getting back to Galveston. Great crew and a free bottle of water! And quick service!
Combat Veteran here. Bottom line: This location is an outstanding Take 5. All of the staff were extremely professional. I was immediately offered water and guided to the fastest bay. Everyone was in uniform and handled their business well! I was in and out, no problem. Big Boss Jeff fixed my specific problem easily and Orlando was an outstanding Tech. Both kept great attitudes in this horrendous stank-wet heat. If more places operated on this standard of excellence our society would be safer. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.

They walked me through my options and gave me advice for my brand new car. I really appreciate their patience and help. Super kind and knowledgeable guys - I'll definitely come back in 6k miles!
