All of the staff I came in contact with were very nice and answered all of my questions. The employee Marco was very professional and knowledgeable about the diagnostics of my vehicle. He explained in detail what parts I should pay close attention to. I didn't get the name of what appeared to be the team lead, but he was very polite and asked if I would like a bottle of water, which showed exceptional customer service. This was my first time coming to a Take 5 and after my experience, I'll be back!

The manager and staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell me on anything unnecessary. The entire experience felt honest and stress-free. You can also tell the team genuinely works well together, it shows in how smoothly everything runs. I’ve worked in corporate retail for years, and it’s clear the manager has strong leadership skills and could easily be promoted to a GM. I’ll definitely be skipping the dealership for this service moving forward. The team was personable, efficient, and had me in and out in about 30 minutes, even with a few cars ahead of me. Highly recommend!
I had a long trip from Ohio to Atlanta, and on my way back my oil pressure light came on. Not only was this the earliest place open, but the staff were so friendly and professional. They took care of my truck with great care, and even recommended me services other than oil that it might need because it is old. All in all I’m super glad I ended up here as someone with an 8+ hour drive ahead. They even offered me a water as I came right at open. Thank you guys so much!!
