Stopped by and Jake took great care of me. He greeted me with a bottle of water and a Capri Sun for my grandson and provided top-notch service from start to finish. He even checked my cabin air filter behind the glove box at no extra charge, which is something no other quick lube center I've visited has ever done. Everything was completed quickly, and all fluid levels were verified before I left. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back.
We frequent Take 5 for oil changes, etc. Unfortunately, this week when I went for a standard oil change, I came home and all the oil had leaked by the next morning. We called the site and the manager, Donnie, called us back. Donnie was empathetic, customer-service oriented and thorough. Right away, he wrote down the details and assured us a tech would come to us within the next few hours. Donnie even gave us a follow up call when the tech was en route. The tech, Jayce, is the kind of person who is going to do everything in his power to make it right. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He realized it was not a leak, but a boiling out of oil due to the filter gasket being broken- a manufacturer defect. Once the issue was fixed, oil filled, Jayce and Donnie “made it right” even more by taking care of us in the future. We appreciate it! Thank you Take 5, our service with you will continue! Not because we had an innocent issue, but because of the way you promptly handled and corrected it without any fuss or making the customer feel any way but taken care of.
