Very kind funny and professional! They made sure I was good on all points and I really appreciate that! I really loved when he gave me the sticker and said that is not when you're supposed to get your oil changed that is for you to come in and get topped off and us check everything for you. As a driver that brings an extra piece of mind. Thank you so much I will be returning! And they even offered me a water which I thought was very kind. It's the little things that go a long way! They seem to be a great team working together. Blessings!
I went to the Waco location and the service was ad perfect as it could be. The gentleman that helped me (I believe he was the manager) made sure I was in and out in a flash. The cherry on top was that the kindness and level of service was amazing. I left feeling like I could not have been treated better 10 out of 10 absolutely recommended.
The service is great except for the wait which comes with first come first serve. But no worries. Bottle of cold water on a hot day upon arrival is a plus too. Drake is very knowledgeable. I felt reassured I was getting top notch service. Going back for sure. Thank you Take 5 ?
