Excellent hospitality to their customers while they wait! They acknowledge the time you choose to give their business, and make it priority to show their appreciation! Everyone is offered water as soon as they roll in, or appear in line. If a customer is kept waiting longer than the promised/expected time, discounts or some measure is given. They check all of your fluids, tire pressure, even engine filter, and after your initial service is completed, they even clean your windshield for you! It is rare to see true hospitality in businesses these days, especially in the Automotive world! They care, and they are wonderful in what they do.
