I wish I'd gotten the name of the young man that took care of my car; I had an oil change. They were very professional and thorough. Since this is my first car, I had a lot of questions. Every one of my questions were answered to the point that I understood. I will definitely recommend “Take 5” to other potential customers.
Yes, I'm June 11th I went in to get my oil changed around 4 o'clock at take 5 oil change, and the 2 young men that were there were very professional. The manager had just left. I saw him leaving, and they were very professional. A bit long, but I do appreciate the experience thank you
I had a fantastic experience at the Take 5 on 62nd and North Ave. Abdul was incredibly kind, professional, and went above and beyond. Not only was the service efficient, but he also took an air gun to clean out under my hood and pointed out some corrosion on my battery. He even took the time to explain how I could clean it myself with a wire brush and where to buy one. He also gave me great advice on where to get my sensors and check engine light looked at. Shout out to the gentleman with the locks as well—the whole team was professional and honest. They are great salesmen (I ended up upgrading!), but I never felt pressured. Because of the top-tier service from Abdul and the crew, I’ll definitely be returning to this location!
