My service was perfect. Frankie Harris has exceptional customer service skills. I love the 5 point check ✔️ plus showed my manifold filter (I think that's what it was)...suggestive selling, ge covered it all with a smile too! Very kind & respectful young man
Great service! There was only another automobile there yet I was quickly helped into the second bay. Was politely greeted by Josh, who got me a cold bottle of water, and got all the necessary information required. Then Josh and Lance took care of changing the oil and topping off the fluids. Both workers were professional and let me know what they completed after all was completed. I also had a coupon which saved me some money. I was in and out pretty quickly!! Very happy with service.
I had a great experience getting my oil changed! The service was quick, professional, and everyone was friendly. Frankie was the one who helped me, and he made the whole process easy. He was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and provided excellent customer service. I really appreciated how smooth everything went. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend asking for Frankie!
