The guts at Take 5 are always extremely friendly and professional. There's no high pressure up-sales, or pushing the customer to take a service that's not needed. They always have the additional items such as engine and cabin air filters...which is always extremely important to and the longevity of my engine. My technician Rafael, was great. He was focused and detailed oriented and answered all my questions, he even provided me with my “Veterans” discount, also extremely important to me. I'm a huge fan of Take 5, and I don't have plans of using any other organization for oil changes. Great job guys..!!!
Excellent service here at the take 5 oil change at Weslaco Westgate location, upon arrival David greeted us with water bottles. Rafael took care of our truck needs, he gave us a good price and David took care our truck. It was a quick and excellent service here at take 5 oil change.
Outstanding first visit. Handed me an ice cold bottle of water when I pulled up in my “new to me” car. After checking my oil and filter he explained I did not need an oil changed. Showed me the oil stick and filter. Checked all my fluids and sent me on my way with no charge Due to great experience I will always get my oil changed at this location. Great job!
