Wow! This place was amazing!! Everyone was so kind, friendly, professional, and efficient. They did an excellent job explaining everything, and you could tell that they were double checking each step of the process to ensure that everything was completed and documented accurately. The staff was very friendly, and even provided me a complimentary water. It was the fastest, easiest oil change I’ve ever experienced. I went at 4:00 on a Wednesday and there was no wait, and the oil change and service only took 15 minutes. They even cleaned my filthy windshield, and I’m excited to utilize the free top off service they provide in between oil changes!
I first tried Take 5 in Minot, ND. I loved their service and especially their honesty. I was a little nervous to try it in my new home state, but I was absolutely not disappointed. I was reminded I can drop in and get a top off for free, and the guys were so kind and honest. I will definitely bring our cars here again in the future.
The customer service was awesome! They explained everything and was quick. The two techs were Tyler and Aiden very personal and professional. I feel like prices are a high but the economy is unstable at this time.
