The employees here are very helpful, they didn’t have the correct filter for my very small car and one of them ran to get it quickly free of charge. Christiaan was very helpful when he completed my oil change
Great experience this time. 5 months ago, not so much. Now, I went and read some of the other reviews. This was a totally different crew than 5 months ago. Christiaan gave us the biggest smile when we pulled in! They did wash my windshield, the new store manager even came and talked with me this time. I like to give businesses a chance at redemption. This location truly redeemed themselves!!
I had a great experience at the Take 5 on Rock Rd. The team provided excellent service and worked efficiently without making me feel rushed. My oil change was completed in about 15 minutes, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. This was my first visit, and it definitely left a positive impression.
