This was the second time I got an oil change here that I was taken care of by Aiden. (About a year between visits) I actually remembered his excellent customer service from the first time. Let’s talk about Collin and the rest of the guys at this place! Everybody was EXTREMELY helpful with explaining things in a patient manner showing that they each understood how sometimes women don’t understand the mechanics of cars. I highly recommend this place if you’re in need of a quick oil change. The friendly demeanor of the staff was so welcoming from the moment I arrived. I did not feel rushed, and I left very informed about the upkeep of my car. Thanks guys for making this a great experience.
I have been getting my old changed at Take 5s since 2018 & the service I experienced was the best that I have had. Nathan H delivered great customer service. He was knowledgeable about products & services and answered all of my questions. It was 90+ degrees and didn’t appear bothered at all. I will continue to use this Take 5 instead of the normal location I go to! Thank you Nathan H!!
