Every time I come here, it’s understaffed. I’ve been here several times, and it’s always Bri and Joel working nonstop! Do they ever get a day off? They are the best, and I truly don’t mind waiting because I know they’re going to get my car done right. I really wish they had more help. The five stars are for them and their outstanding service.
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The whole process was fast and smooth, which I really appreciated. On top of the oil change, they also replaced some very dirty filters that definitely needed attention. Remi stood out with excellent customer service—friendly, helpful, and professional the entire time. The rest of the team was just as courteous and efficient!
