Giving this rating a 5 star because “Ziggy” the guy who helped me was really nice . He was super informative & very knowledgeable about the maintenance I was receiving. He explained to me that the last Take 5 i went to didn’t put on the cover to my cabin filters ( i didn’t know ) he found the covers and ensured they were on before i left . He also explained the potential damage that could’ve happened w/ the covers not being on . Ziggy was professional and went above and provided service even though he was a bit frustrated w/ the other worker who was helping him . Lastly Ziggy reset my oil life , made sure i had the sticker for when to come back ( for some reason i haven’t been getting these) and even asked for feedback on his service. Definitely a great guy and great worker !
Devan and Ziggy were so awesome! My company vehicle got a flat and the spare tire release under my van was so tight there was no way to get it down manually. Devan was able to offer some brake cleaner and then eventually took over changing the spare using his breaker bar and drill. He and Ziggy went completely above and beyond to help me and offer assistance! They were both life savers and so amazing for the aide! Top notch customer service!
The guys were polite, professional & friendly. I was offered a cold bottle of water on our first warm day in the area! The technician kept me informed about each step, all suggested services were fully explained to allow me to take advantage of great options that I found I really needed! The service time was done efficiently and I was on my way quickly. Thank you
