I had an excellent experience with this shop when my catalytic converter started acting up. They got me in the same day, which was a huge relief, especially since they had the exact part I needed in stock. The pricing was really fair, and Alexis, the front desk manager, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. They were definitely busy, so I think adding another team member at the front would be a great idea. Still, the technicians were top-notch, really experienced, and quickly diagnosed an additional issue I had. I’d absolutely recommend them and will be returning for any future needs.

Excellent service, they’re very clean and professional. I came to install a new muffler and exhaust tips. Two shops didn’t want to take the job because it was a little complicated but Hi-tech muffler did. And they did an amazing job at doing it! Definitely recommend. Prices are reasonable because you pay for quality work.
