I came in for an oil change and my transmission fluid was noted to be low and I needed some added, they also topped off what was needed elsewhere. Checked out and showed me my air filter which didn’t need changing. Chris and Randall were present at the Semmes Moffett Rd location and those two guys I wouldn’t swap them two for anyone else. I’m so glad that Carol Howard referred me to them because the Take 5 on Schillingers Rd. sucks and I will never return to them again, they were very rude and very unprofessional. Whereas Chris and Randall made me and my car feel important, appreciated and love just by being themselves and informing me of everything that was taking place and offer/gave me water during the process. They are very professional in their work and very knowledgeable concerning their job. Those Two Are The Best❣️❣️❣️AND PLEASE let them read my review from the Ford Silver Taurus Connie Culpepper. Which this wasn’t my first time visiting the Semmes Moffett Rd. Location. FIVE STAR LOCATION ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️??.
Best express oil service place I've had the pleasure of doing business with. They're always informative all throughout the process and dont scare you if there are additional finding with your vehicle. They keep you up to date the whole time they are doing the service its fast and done almost what seems to be masterfully. They have got this stuff figured out. Customer service is also top notch. Since ive been here my first time I haven't went anywhere else. I was assisted by Chris & Randall they are both phenomenal workers and have great communication with each other through the process, getting the job done quick and correct. If you're looking to get an oil change this is the place to do it. All these guys deserve a raise, I don't know what they're making but I do know they're worth it.
We had a great experience at this Take 5! The whole process was super quick and convenient. We didn’t have to get out of our truck, which made it so much easier with a baby in the back seat. The staff was friendly, explained everything clearly, and didn’t pressure us into buying anything extra. They checked all our fluids, showed us the air filter, and had us in and out in no time. They did all of this for a great price! Definitely one of the easiest oil changes and diff service we’ve ever had. We will be back!
