Pulled up to the Take 5 in Phoenix and in 10 minutes flat my Escalade was serviced. No appointment, no waiting in the lobby like some regular civilian. They had me in and out smoother than a Bad Boy Records beat drop. Oil changed, fluids topped, tires checked, and they even vacuumed the interior. The techs were professional, quick, and didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. That’s rare these days. The new oil is running clean and my engine feels like it’s ready for the next 5,000 miles of parties, tours, and late-night studio sessions. While they were draining the old oil, I couldn’t resist — I grabbed a little extra and lathered myself up real good right there in the bay. Fresh synthetic blend all over the chest, shoulders, and arms. Baby oil got nothing on that Take 5 premium stuff. Feeling shiny, slippery, and ready for whatever the night brings. Shoutout to my boy Justin Bieber — I texted him the address mid-service and told him to pull up. He showed up in his Lambo, got his oil changed too, and we both ended up glistening under the lights like we were back in the studio. He kept saying “Sorry” every time he dripped oil on the floor. Gavin & Omar were excellent. The product that I originally wanted was not available. They guided me to a product that offered more protection than when I originally wanted. They helped me use my coupon. And we’re very friendly and welcoming while changing my oil. They got me in and out quickly and as I left I felt confident in the service I received. Thank You, For explaining my options in a way that allowed Me to make an educated decision. And Being honest with me about what I need for my vehicle. You Definitely have a returning customer, that will bring others as well. GREAT JOB!!
The two young men that were @ the West Bell Road location were absolutely amazing. They not only were knowledgeable but they were thorough and efficient. To add to this these young men were so patient and respectful. I say this because these young men are working outside in a work area without extra cooling and if these amazing young men could still remain kind and professional; there is no room for rudeness dealing with the public while in an air conditioned office or store. I wished I remembered their names, because they certainly need to be acknowledged. Thanks guys, you're the?.
