I had an excellent experience from start to finish. As soon as I pulled into the bay, I was greeted warmly and even offered water and a snack for my child, which I really appreciated. The staff kept me updated throughout the service, explaining what was being done and suggesting maintenance options when needed. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and mindful of my time, making the whole visit smooth and stress-free.

Best place to get your oil change by far. Aside from the afordable prices, qulity work, and in and out under 10 minutes. I gotta tell ya, these guys and gals' customer service is top-notch, very informative and thoughtful. I was a little dehydrated and sweating; these guys focused on me and gave me multiple bottles of water. They showed me a human side you rarely get with businesses these days. I left warm and fuzzy with my newly freshened up truck. So leaving a positive review was a no-brainer. Thank you again, guys! M.M

I recently visited the Take 5 Oil Change on Valencia and had a great experience! From the moment I pulled up, the crew was incredibly nice and professional. They make the whole process so easy since you get to stay in your car, and they even offered a cold bottle of water while I waited. The service was great—the technicians were knowledgeable, thorough, and explained everything they were doing without being pushy. On top of the high-quality service, the price was good, especially considering how fast and convenient the whole process is. The new manager took great care and took the time to listen. She quickly remedied a problem that the previous manger refused to address a week prior. In fact that person did not even come out to talk to me when i requested. The current manager was quick and professional and answered all my questions and concerns. The whele were quick, professional and awesome! No more than her! Wish i could remember her name but her shop is in Tucson on Valencia and Midvale. There is where i will continue to take all my vehicles!
