I have a dim view of “quick lube” places because of all of the stories I’ve heard of poor service which resulted in big problems down the road. I needed an oil change during my long cross-country trip. I didn’t want to schedule at a dealer and wait all day or maybe two, so I took a chance on Take 5. First, while I was in line, I was offered a bottled water, which I greatly appreciated. I was driving a Class-C RV, which barely fit, but I was guided into my spot perfectly. I sat in my RV as I watched the service attendants do an excellent job in changing the oil and air filters, add fresh oil, and verify the proper amount was added. They also checked my brake, transmission, and wiper fluids, which I greatly appreciated. After this experience, I am a Take 5 fan and will recommend them at any opportunity I find.
This was the fourth time I've used this service and it has been GREAT!! Quick, thorough and very informative. I used to be all about using Walmart for the oil changes, but their staff is not interested in helping and they make it VERY OBVIOUS that they don't care about providing service, they just want to do as little as they have to, until quitting time. Although it does cost more than an oil change would at Walmart, the service is well worth the money!! The staff is exceptionally friendly, even Logan, who is not been in a good mood every time I've dealt with him, but once he gets his venting out of the way, he's a very helpful individual, just would probably be best if he vented to that us customers don't get offended. The coupons available take a good amount off, well worth every penny! Thank you for the great service!
The whole team was friendly and knowledgeable! They got me in right away and I was given a cold water while I wait in the vehicle. Every step was explained to me including showing me the new oil on the dipstick two different times. Engine air filter was removed and I was able to visualize it. Also the team inquired about other regular maintenance to make sure I was keeping up with the health of the vehicle for longevity. I had a coupon which was great and helped out with the cost of the extra quart and a half that my SUV takes. Start to finish a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend and will be back!
