Stopped by Take 5 Oil Change and had a fantastic experience. Hunter, Andrew, and Ethan were all super friendly, had great attitudes, and kept up a fun, easygoing conversation while explaining every step of what they were doing. I really appreciated how clear and professional they were without ever feeling pressured. I stayed in my car the whole time and they had me in and out in about 10 minutes. They checked fluids, made sure everything looked good, and made the whole experience genuinely pleasant. Honestly one of the easiest and most enjoyable oil changes I’ve had—will definitely be back!
Huge shoutout to Andrew and Tyler for the amazing customer service! I pulled up only 30 minutes before closing and they still treated me with so much kindness and professionalism. They went above and beyond, worked fast and efficiently, and were genuinely personable the entire time. It’s rare to find customer service like that anymore. This is hands down my favorite place to get an oil change and experiences like that are exactly why I keep coming back. Thank you guys so much!
The second I got there on a SUNDAY, I got a water for waiting during the change. Then Ethan (the Assistant Manager) and Tyler (the Lead Tech) just gave me 5 star service throughout. They explained the oil I needed and why, they told me about other problems and what that would entail (even though they don't do those services). They were quick and efficient, I got to wait in my car and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Beats going to Walmart and waiting an hour or more any day! If you get either of those two, you are blessed! I will be coming here for my oil changes from here on out. They took customer service to another level!!!
