Took my Cadillac to local stores and spend over 1K and was never fixed. I brought my cadi to these guys and they are so nice and so professional. Love them all. I really appreciate you excellent job.
I'll never go anywhere else and neither should you! I've worked really hard to source a good, reliable, local mechanic and I've never felt more cared for than I do by Dillon, Joel, and Conrad. I hear the new guy is cool too. :) I'm impressed every time and not only by the service I receive, but by the service I see others receiving too. Dillon is by far the best one around. He does it all, answers phones, is super kind, types away, goes on test drives, deals with parts delivery, manages his team, and more.... all at the same time! As a woman, it's been hard for me to trust men in this industry. I'm sure you, or someone you know, has been swindled too when it comes to car care but not here! They treat me like I'm family, although I'm not special, because everyone gets that. ? While you're there, check out the TWO Carfax statues on the front desk (where they belong!) for being a top rated service center. No other center in town has 2. So, I mean, that's pretty cool. Okay, if you're not convinced, then please don't be mad at me when you're sad because you spent a gazillion dollars on something that did nothing for you. I won't tell you how little I spent today on a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation, but it was less than three digits. Also, keep an eye out for coupons and/or find them online. The reason I initially picked this place is because the price was far better than anywhere else in town, I stayed for Dillon and the team. ✨️???
Front desk service manager was awesome. I went in for a transmission filter/fluid exchange. If I hadn't cleared up the filter change requirement, I would have ONLY got a fluid exchange. They DON'T drop pans and replace filters in their normal service package. The filter/gasket kit was an additional charge and wait time, but it was what I wanted done. Just wanted to pass this info along to others so you know what actions to take to get the desired outcome. They did a great job and I would go back again.
