Courtney and the team there were fast and super friendly. We go to Take 5 all the time because we have a fleet account that came with the purchase of our car so we get our oil changed regularly. We just moved to this area and were in need of an oil change. We were very happy with our experience. The manager came over and double checked to make everything was good and correct. They even offered our kids little snacks while they worked on our car. We’ll for sure be going back!
Very impressed with the customer service today. I have a new car and needed my fluids checked before a trip. The gentleman walked me around and showed me how to check the fluids. It's a new car to me and I needed his expertise....Very polite and informative. I was looking for a trustworthy place to get oil changed in Crestview for my new car....And I Found it!...You all have my business and again thank you to the man who helped me out today
This was our first visit to this place as the other places we normally use were booked up. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We requested an oil change and tire check as the TPMS light was on. They checked the cabin filter and wow/ the amount of debris was frightening! That was immediately changed. It was reassuring to see they had all items on hand. The total time spent there was about 18 minutes/ we were in the vehicle the whole time. Overall, we are very pleased that we took a chance and visited the Take 5 oil change shop and we we’ll likely visit them again. No issues after servicing were noticed. Give them a try!
