This is my first time at Take5. I’m happy to have went there and to this specific location. The customer service was superb, they were efficient and informative. They refreshed my oil, topped of the windshield fluids and were very friendly. I want to say all three techs worked in the vehicle, tended to it some way. I’m looking forward to returning the the same establishment and would refer any and all of my friends, family and associates to Take5. It was seamless and quick. The young man reset the dashboard monitor for me so the oil levels/status truly matches with the car dashboard monitor. That was another added layer of reassurance. Thanks Take5 for the amazing oil change job. It was a very pleasant experience.
Great customer service. Everyone communicates very well and gets you taken care of very quickly. I would recommend coming to this location due to the professionalism and the kindness that I received. I can’t remember everyone that I worked with but one gentleman named Victor did amazing along with the rest of the team
Stopped by Take 5 Oil Change right at 7:00 AM on Saturday when they opened, and the staff was fantastic—even that early in the morning! Everyone was friendly, efficient, and had a great attitude. They got my oil changed quickly and also showed me my cabin air filter, which was incredibly dirty. I’m so glad they caught it and replaced it—breathing clean air in the car again makes such a difference. Great service and a great team. Highly recommend!
