⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lightning Fast, Thorough Service! I just had my oil change done at Take 5 and I am blown away by the service! It was genuinely a 15-20 minute visit, no wait, I get to stay in my car, which is exactly what you want from an express oil change. What truly impressed me was the thoroughness of their service, Oil Change and Filter Replacement were completed perfectly. They checked or topped off all my essential fluids: PS Fluid, Coolant, Transmission, Washer Fluid, and confirmed the Oil Level was safe. They checked my Air Filter, Wiper Blades, and Tires. On top of all that, they even took the time to clean my windshield and check all these extra items without charging me anything extra. The staff was professional and efficient. Highly recommend Take 5 for quick, quality, and comprehensive service! Recommended the crew members Chyna and Mike who helped me out ????!!
Mike and Chyna were awesome! One of the few times I’ve changed my own oil… so I asked questions and they explained what was going to be done and why it should be done. They even helped me decide what quality oil to go with for the car because of the mileage. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had while going in for an oil change. Definitely recommend going in and checking it out! ?
Miachel you have no IDEA how much you HELPED me and how much your little bit of compassion made my entire birthday week! You deserve a promotion a raise or whatever they have for you because you are what good customer service is Miachel went out of his way to go and get a part for my car that two attendees told me they ordered and never did which those two attended were Jason and Abraham I went back three days in a row to be told my part didn't come Jason was so rude and lied to me about the roofing and him ordering my part he gave me dry conversation and no knowledge of my car they didn't top of anything in my car and somehow Abraham says the system automatically says that but the website states otherwise. I will be taking this up with corporate as no one answers the phone Miachel was the only good thing out of all of this and I'm so grateful for him ! Also Jason wrote I had an oil leak and that was a complete lie my mechanic is out of the country and we work on my car these guys need more training SHOUT OUT TO MIACHEL WHO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND EVEN IN THE COLD !!!!
