Using another account but still wanted to leave a review. I came in today with my bmw that was way overdue for an oil change. Jesus instantly approached in a friendly manner to inquire about what I needed so he can get the right services done. I moved into the bay after receiving a cold water (never happened before which is a great experience) and they started my oil change after checking a few things. I knew I needed some stuff done but Jesus informed me about a something with the coolant that needed fixed. He didn’t pry or force. He was just informative and educated me on how it can affect my car long term. He allowed me time to figure out if it was a service I want to complete today and when I was ready Jesus and the rest of the crew assisted in getting that service done as well. Through out the process they have all been attentive and jesus has educated me through the whole process at my first time going to Take 5 oil change. I could add more as this oil change experience has genuinely changed my mind about going to someone other than my dad for an oil change and services. definitely recommend take 5 but mainly this specific location with Jesus and the rest of the crew. Typing this as they finish my services in the bay, They were great and prices were unbeatable.
I've been at this location twice myself for 2 different cars and sent my son with his car also. My last visit was 2 days ago and as always, fantastic service. Very courteous, efficient, and patient with any questions. The entire team were all part of this relaxing experience. Prices are very fair and although they may make recommendations, they do not presure the “up-sell” like other oil change companies. Highly recommend them in my opinion and experience.
